Hey Mpho, thank you for sharing this beautiful knowledge with us. Lately, I've become so fascinated by conversations about death. It's interesting how we're taught to fear death, yet so many people who've had near death experiences describe this reality as dense and limiting. In contrast, they often speak about the spiritual realm as something incredibly peaceful and beautiful. It's so fascinating to me. 😂😂😂 That said... I have to admit that the actual process of dying still terrifies me. I'm also fascinated by the idea that we choose to reincarnate. I'm still baffled that my spirit supposedly chose this particular human experience. Life is so strange, and the human experience is even stranger. 😂 Sometimes I think, "In my next lifetime, I'll choose to come back as a butterfly." 😂 Or better yet... maybe I just won't reincarnate at all. 🤣

Mpho I love how you explained your work being a palliative care worker. Taking care of a sickly person and alone it's quite heavy. I was there just last year October , I can still smell my mother's days being very sick at home while it was me and daughter taking care of her until we took to the hospital and only one week in hospital she passed away. I looked after for one week at home and the following week in hospital...so only 2 weeks then she passed on. But that specific smell I can still smell it around me in the house 😢😢.
