Never been so excited to see a youtube video as its got my car on it! Im happy you saved it as it drives great. Got it booked in for a cambelt and water pump in 2 weeks and have a stereo upgrade on the way for android auto. If you ever wanna do a follow up video on it just let me know! Edit: I was the customer who bought the car from HPA. I didnt sell it to them.
We have a 2008 2.0 Titanium as a spare car/van in work and its well over 300k miles and still as reliable as the day it came out of the showroom. They can be kept running indefinitely. And despite what people think about the quality of life in teh UK in the 2020s, there are still working people who are literally living week to week and still buy these cars for £2-3k and less. These old bangers still take a man to work every day and feed his family.

i have a diesel 62 plate Mondeo titanium that i use daily , it has over 200.000 miles on the clock and went through the last MOT this year with no advisories. it is without doubt the best car i have ever owned.
