As someone who has the iPhone 15 Pro Max, this is the phone I’m waiting for. Even the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro is not much of an upgrade for me.
I myself have always despised the edge screen gimmicks on the samsungs of years ago. yeah it was only the sides, but it was dumb and the case designs were dumb too. This feels like you wont be able to have a case with a lip to protect the front glass. Sounds like this is only for people who use their phones without a case. I've never used an iPhone without a case, so this won't be for me, especially that it will probably cost a crazy amount.

If Apple finds a way to have no camera cutout in the front, they would possibly have to figure out a way that AI could make the image more clear on an under display camera. Otherwise there will be a cutout at least for the selfie camera!

8:00, The iPhone will never have reverse wireless charging as long as it has MagSafe because they are fundamentally incompatible. This is why the google pixel 5 - 9 had reverse wireless charging but the pixel 10, which got qi2 with the magnet ring doesn't have it. The iPhone has magnets facing the charger that are the opposite polarity to the ones in the charger so they attract each other and stick together. if you put an iPhone or AirPods on the back of the iPhone, the magnets will repel each other because the polarities of the magnets facing each other is the same and the coil will never line up. You could theoretically change the magnets in both the phone and charger to alternate between north and south facing out, but this would Cause a bunch of problems, - losing magnetism over time because the magnetic fields would not be aligned and possible problems manufacturing the MagSafe ring and keeping it in place since the magnets would always be repelling each other. You would also not be able to rotate the MagSafe charger while connected to the phone and the old and new MagSafe standards (and qi2) would be incompatible. They could theoretically turn it on with the current MagSafe tech and you could charge non MagSafe products but apple will never do this because it wont work with apple products. No hate, i just wanted to say this because i've been hearing this for years especially on your channel, and it seems so obvious to me why it hasn't happened and probably never will.
