Smart riders knows the horn is pointed forward. Thats why you use it over revving, but in reality its most likely because he had a default exhaust.

Despite the biker speeding, the driver failed to merge correctly into the lane which would make him mostly liable. You must yield to all oncoming traffic when merging. Now, since biker was speeding, he can still be seen at fault partly. This can be seen as both parties at fault if accident did happen.

So glad i am not a tool bag and just drive the speed limit and don’t unnecessarily put other people at the risk of danger just because I want to get off.
