Playing this remake feels like going back to a restaurant you used to visit before covid and it leaves you underwhelmed. Less meat portions, higher prices and lower quality
Should have just brought MCC to PlayStation to get the player count up.
Unreal Engine 5 is truly groundbreaking; making every single game look and feel the exact same, with the exact same problems.
The Voice acting in this "Remaster" is like going to see your favorite band Live 20 years later, and realizing they do not sound as good as they did 20 years ago
Gotta love how Black Mesa a fan mod did a better job expanding the game and adding new encounters than a AAA studio.

I 100% believe the cutscenes where done with IA. Not all of them but most of them, there's just no way an animator would animate in that way
Bro what do you mean it plays exactly the same as the original? It plays worse in almost every way. The AI is worse, sprint breaks balance, they put waypoints everywhere, the health system is removed, and they literally have enemy icons over invisible elites. This is a downgrade in almost every way other than some updates to things like repetitive rooms in the later levels.
remaking this game without multiplayer and on ue5 is the most 2020s thing they could have possibily churn out lol
