Data centers can be whisper quiet if they want to. They are doing this on purpose in order to get people to move so that they can build more.

How ON EARTH IS THIS LEGAL? I'm so tired of how people are being treated.
I feel bad for the pets who can’t escape that noise. Wild that the sound apparently isn’t bad enough to necessitate them paying to move everyone out of the area, or to shut them down.
I would lose my mind with that constant noise

Something about that noise is deeply unsettling. Seems like it may be more than "this is just the noise the data center makes".
Home value just dropped to about $3
Now this adds a whole new dimension of meaning to the term "class wars".
Just remember they also get the bonus of increased utility bills because of these things.
This is a crime against humanity
And yet motorsports facilities (drag strips, road courses for drifting and racing, motocross tracks, etc.) get shut down all the time for noise when people build homes nearby after the track was already there for years.
Not normal 😂 all the ones I drive past on my way to work are basically silent unless you are inside them
Just listening to this short gives me a headache and I'm not prone to getting headaches.
You’ll also notice no birds, no wildlife. Bright side I guess is it’s probably one hell of an insect repellent. Downside, also annoys all life.
