I love the new couch! So about that kitchen shade, I totally get what you mean so try this.. 1. Grab a regular roller shade (some people will use those as black out shades when they have curtain panels on the side of a window they don't want to close), just a plain white roller shade. You can get one with the little tab at the bottom where you pull on it and it will recoil itself back up to open or get one with the pulley strings. Either way, make sure its white or ivory. 2. Grab either your favorite peel and stick wallpaper or a piece of fabric, linen or grass cloth fabrics look great for this hack. Lay the shade fully extended on a flat surface, cut and stick or use spray adhesive for fabric onto the shade and voila! Your're done. You can customize it to your taste and change it out anytime you want if you use peel and stick. One little trick if your picky about it like me lol... you can either reverse the internal coil on either end of the top of the roller shade Or, simply install it backward that way when you pull your shade down, the top of the roll will show whatever fabric you attached rather than seeing the white of the top of the roll when shade is fully extended. I have been working really hard with him on that it doesn’t matter what other people think, if he likes something then he should wear it.. Cellular shades would be great for your kitchen window. And they take up hardly any space and disappear in the framework.

Look into farm credit. I’m in Alabama so it may be different, but when we bought our land as long as it was 10 acres they’d finance it. I don’t remember the term, but it was a fixed rate. Ours here is first south farm credit.

Karrie Lynn we hit so many road blocks in our search for land and to build. If all of those worked out we wouldn’t be where we are today. It will work out the way it is suppose to, hang in there.

I am a 56 year old woman and have so many health problems. Got my 3 lobe piercing and helix . The thing is to keep cleaning them and just go to where you got them pierced they will help you so you don't have to take them out. Sleeping on your back is hard but until they heal it is best
