Pre-ordered mine after watching nearly every pro and con video on youtube about this phone.
Originally I ordered the Samsung Z Fold 8 Ultra, but after going to Best Buy twice and spending a long time with both phones, I came home and cancelled my order and instead ordered the Z Fold 8. I really love it. No more tall candy bar length phone. It seems dated now. Also they made the Ultra ever skinnier. Thank you Samsung for creating the Z Fold 8. I much prefer a smaller phone that opens up into a mini tablet. Fits so much better in my purse and pocket too.; No more long phone. Mine has shipped as we speak. Kudos Samsung.

For the first time I think I would buy a fold. On the front screen I would keep all things audio, music, podcasts and such as well as camera. A nice weather and clock widget. Inner screen would be all things video and financial. Being half blind paying bills on the much larger inner screen would be life changing. For someone like me with vision problems I don't care about multitasking, I want single apps displayed as large as possible. I guess I have a reason to pay extra.
I'm so use to the regular slab ultra phones over the years that I can't do without the S-pen. I use the pen regularly for various tasks, work etc. If this had a built in pen I would consider it
I'm so tempted to get this as someone who daily drives an iPhone 13 mini... This might be the best I can expect so far as a smaller form factor goes (whereas the Z Flip is too small folded and way too tall unfolded)!

The only video where I can I actually see tot feel the size well. In many videos I find it so big. Now I can perfectly Imagine its size. It’s beautiful
I love my Fold 7 and just can't justify the expense of upgrading to Fold 8, although your enthusiasm makes it tempting.
Currently using the s25 ultra and when watching YouTube videos in landscape orientation they look very similar to the fold 8 in size as fold 8 has the black bars
