If you mount a wheel to the end by the lock, it can roll on the ground and have less stress on your gate motor. That concrete over time is going to continue to break down so the wheel will give you a little longer life on the pillar.
In a month the concrete post replacement video will be gold and I can't wait for gate 2.0, that will be awesome

As a private utility locator, you should find someone to come locate your underground utilities on property. This would be less than $300 for me to do if it was close enough that I didnt have to charge for travel. Its not that expensive, and then you could like GPS them into google earth or another similar solution yourself so you have them referenced for any future work on your property.
That original 120v line to the gate was technically fine, that was direct burial rated uf-b cable, no conduit rated.

Support wheel on the end of the gate will save you a lot of effort in a few years. Fancy ones make for gates also have spring suspensions to make it work better.

That cement plug you pulled out (3:17) might have been an old style boundary /survey marker. You might want to double check if you needed that.

I feel for the poor utility locator that is gonna respond to the emergency call for the "unmarked" gas line in the distant future. Orange caution tape for communication lines. Yellow is for gas.
