I don't understand why people are complaining about the first one. First, we don't know what the speed limit was. Second, there's clearly a sign that says U-turns are prohibited. I don't see why he should slow down or anything; he's completely alone and nobody's supposed to be making that turn. It's entirely the driver's fault
