Funny thing about that is that the people who don’t drive there own vehicles that we pay for are making the rules on if you’re allowed to drive your vehicle that you paid for

I have an EV and live near Montréal and have 0 issue in winter. Lots of snow, super cold and the car meets every challenge. On the coldest days we use 80% more energy compare to springtime. Long trip will be longer than a with gas car but for everyday life EVs are great. From April to October, cost is about 2$/100km when charging from home.

Canada is a leader in EV sales. When Tesla first started we would see 1 new car in a thousand was electric, however, today the reality is that the number of EV buyers is growing. So maybe 1 in 300 might be EV. Electricity prices are low. 8 to 10$ to fully charge and that will last for over 200 miles. I’m mow considering to go EV or hybrid because of the cost of gas at nearly 2$ per litre or 8$ per gallon.
