Jensen Huang believes AI will transform many jobs and radiology could be one of the first. He says AI can analyze medical images faster and, in some cases, detect patterns with remarkable accuracy. His message is simple: AI isn't just changing software. It's changing entire industries. The people who learn to work with AI will have the biggest advantage in the future. #jensenhuang #nvidia #technology #technews #innovation #startup #founders #artificialintelligence

First job AI will destroy is motivational speakers 😉
CEOs... Who needs em? AI can do that job. And it won't embezzle.
Yeah right ... what would he know ... is he a radiologist?
AI for radiology existed for years, the salary for radiologists increased and is one of the highest.
Can’t even replace real estate agent…and that has been going on for decades
They have already be checking and testing AI in radiology for 20 or so years. The original apps were better than the average radiologist but were worse then the top 1%. It did for example find certain instances of cancer that the human radiologists didn't find. But it also had false positives. And note AI never got tired, never had a fight with it's wife, but the human radiologists did. That's why AI has even a tiny chance of replacing that job. But note the FDA did and will require verification that the apps will either NOT fail or will provide sufficient warning that the conclusions it's drawing have a probability of being false. In other words you WILL be able to rely on those apps to a high degree (i.e. near certainty) So the next jobs that will be removed by AI will have this same pattern. There will need to be some sort of verification in some way that shows we can depend on the results. When you have a regulatory basis for that verification then it's going be okay. It's going to be based on advertising by some corporate monkey then no it's not going to be okay. Here's a likely next one: driving a car,
Wrong it fucked up in this field so radiologist stop rely on their analityc knowledge
Your motorcycle and stoplight identification jobs are secure, human friends
Ironically AI is replacing shitty motivational speakers by the dozen 😂
Like saying 4th level programming languages will make programmers redundant in the 1980’s
They think driving should be left to cameras and computers. How many times does Sam Fransisco city tow driverless cars?
And yet it can't properly identify black and brown people.
BS. They will always require expert review.. AI makes mistakes too.
😮
They cut the interview after that. He said that radiology is hiring more than ever after a.i
Immediately after the quote, Huang explained that the prediction was completely wrong. He pointed out that AI has not replaced radiologists; instead, it has boosted their productivity, and there is currently a major shortage of radiologists worldwide.
Ohhh shit im about to graduate 200k debt😢
Then he said he was wrong
Will it help get radiology results faster? "Radiologist will be back on Monday"!
I thought of it the other day. And my conclusion is that the way our society is intricatly corrupted to the core they will keep "working" validating AI. The medical order will protect them and they will keep earning big money for technically 0 work. Welcome to AI first steps... for decades. Then we might finally adapt... in the late 21st
