Them ratchet handles should always be tucked under the curtain to prevent them been ripped out.

That's why you tuck the rachet under the curtain driver.

Put the tension handle under the sheet

I mean technically truck brakes normally are on as standard but that’s getting technical

electrical contact cleaner can be a life saver

Vosa will do you for that accessory dash tray! It partialy blocks your zone B of the windscreen by more than 40mm and pedestrians have been run over in yards because they were blocked from view by just such a dash tray!

Truck brakes are designed not to fail. Lose air pressure and brakes auto apply

Carry a can of contact cleaner, if problem happens again you can just spray shit outta connectors & doesn't matter if it's fully dry as the contact cleaner is safe to use on live contacts, saved me a few maf sensors

Would carrying contacts cleaner help with that that you could keep in the cab

A can of contact spray is very handy cleans them up perfect.

Used to have long springs attached about the middle and it stopped that kind of thing. USA.

What are u on about ,? The chances are trailer EBS modulation valve ( probably Haldex) I change one a day every day ,,,,,,, or R/S sensor and all brakes return to “ foundation brakes” which is perfectly safe,,,,,,,,,, just how trucks n trailers worked in the past
