Lovely little tractor..very useful to have around. Worthy of some tlc.
Please show as much detail as possible of the 4600, so many common faults on these which are easy fixes but so little detail online (especially under the dashboard)

We had a 46 with a loader on back in the day, it had a square cab which could get lifted off in the summer - did all the loader work on the farm, thousands of bales a year and loaded the wheat and barley Lorries - great little tractor, didn’t speak to my father for quite a while when he sold it back in 86 i was 11 at the time !
Sort it out, tidy it up and it's a keeper. That was a bargain buy, you won't get another Ford so cheap.

You have so far done well on the 46 , drove 2 years ago back in the day both with the Sankey Q cab. Yours sounds sweet as . Be nice to see it have a make over with some blue paint once the mechanics are all up.

Hi James + Max + Mike, It's alive the old Ford 4600 is up and running great to see it move around up to now just a new clutch and a bit of spit and polish it will be good as new. Max is doing a good spray job on that frame, so far it's looking good. Sorry for not commenting lately on your video's, my Son has been in hospital in Liverpool so we been travelling every day to see him back and to from Wrexham. he has had Neurosurgery and came home yesterday and he fine just tired. As always a great video, catch you soon take care.
Sound tractor can't go wrong parts freely available.I run two 4600 one 4100 and a 3910 .ex new holland and ford mechanic so love them .also got a David brown 885 .
Looks like complete 4610 engine with fuel primer double spools pick up hitch pas good spec Dash lights fuse boxes corrostion normal just done a rear half shaft seal on mine and new speedy sleeve And new front axle pivot bearing Used to go to farms and do these new one farm had 20 new fords same year many loader tractors were 4600s and biggest was tw 20
