Love the tub! I'm with you on the land, I could Not wait to get out of the city, it was the best decision I could have made. It took time to get here, but I did it on my own. As for that land, if you really want it, talk to your agent to line you up with lenders that will do vacant land loans. Rates are higher, and you will need a large amount down, but it's doable. If not, have your lender run scenarios for a cash out refi on your home to extract the cash to buy. Btw... I'm a Broker, I have a lender that can help you down in FL. 😊
