Loose tire incident happened to us a few yrs back. Axle broke off trailer, came over median rail and wiped out my vans windshield and roof in front. All you could do was duck and try not to wreck also

The guy saying "dude" and honking was clearly at fault. White car was stopped because the light was red. Just because the other two cars ran the light doesn't mean he get to go through.
