i think they're quite unattractive
Am I the only one who thinks these speakers are just plain ugly?
The only review I trust. I was quite surprised that there was a massive PR campaign for KEF Luxe, but I did not find a review from Darko Audio. Here it is. Just a couple of days later than the others.
Every HiFi reviewer pushing this...just can't get past the Egg shaped aesthetics.
The Coda W"s have to have some love still here for their price they are phenomenal!
The cable is just a regular Cat6 Network cable, so you can buy the length you need to get 24/192 (wireless is 24/96).
I wish KEF did passive versions of these and the LS60. I have the LS50s, which I love, but I already have a great amp with room correction, so a passive LS60 would seriously tempt me. Why do those of us with existing systems have to miss out on some of the more interesting designs?
Am I ever going to buy these? No, but it doesn’t diminish the pleasure I get from a new Darko review

Interesting review. I probably would have done this if I were starting from scratch. The problem with this product, as far as I’m concerned is that they only have a two year warranty. That’s a lot of technology that probably can only be fixed by KEF. It needs six years like a Cyrus warranty. Additionally, a commitment to support the model for a reasonable period.
Buchardt as you probably know don’t sell the A500 anymore. It is replaced by the A10 (aluminium dome tweeter, purify mid-bass going all the way down 25hz)
I know that taste and looks are subjective but for me the LS60’s look far better and more interesting than the LUXE. LS60 look like something else,you just can’t buy something remotely similar, and the LUXE is a rounder version of the bookshelf speaker, and only for that reason my choice would be the LS60. And then, like you did, experiment with subwoofers eventually. Thank for another interesting review John

You should review the Cabasse The Pearl
Please do a comparison against the LS50 WII. Is this an upgrade worth the extra money? Or just stay with the LS50's in a small room.
A lot of effort put into the design and then it’s completely ruined by the stands .. Come on KEF
