That's one way, yes. Or, you could just use the radiator drain plug to drain the system, fill the system with the engine off, and then run it for brief intervals to burp the system and top off the coolant. You know, like a NORMAL person.

At least he spilled coolant all over the ground and didn't wear gloves, so that's good.😂😂😂😂
