The low digit plates are always on a car that cost less than the plates themselves

Not to mention that NSW has now German looking plates too

Honestly this makes far more sense. Having small ones for more airflow plus multiple sizes for different import market cars is pretty smart.

Connecting the license plate + insurance to the preson instead of car is by far the best way. Want another car - insurance goes up by 20% or something for the extra car and since the license plate is connect to the person not the car you can just switch it. If you ever need to prove soemthing the cars are in your isnurance and your name connects them to that specific license plate - so even if your plate gets stolen its an easy fix.
