Engineering has changed dramatically in the last 30 years. Everybody is safer and money is only spent once then this repairs for the surface super structures don’t fail like they used to back in the 60s and 70s and 80s engineering is the portion of us that is God given we do we fail we learn we improve and the cycle is never broken
