Point is, alligators can only be domestically trained to a certain degree. Just because you train them all the way to that point doesn't mean that they still won't bite you.
A simple way to explain is that a lot of reptiles and other animals simply don’t have the part of their brain to “love” like a human does. They tolerate and can trust you, but they can’t necessarily love

Chris! Absolutely love this guy, I watch him regularly. And he's got a great mindset knowing the gator doesn't love him, other people try to make them seem like they're domestic animals who understand love and affection when that's not the case.
