I use it for recording ideas that I don’t want to forget in the moment. Sometimes I’m napping or sleeping and think of a melody, lyrics or a riff and don’t want to forget it. Very handy.

It has a dinging sound that alerts people when you start recording, so I st it to a shortcut that puts it on mute, then starts recording so its silent.

My friend does this to me but out of context and then shows it to people
