I have always had this ‘thing’ where when I make a labor intensive meal, like - multiple steps/ingredients, especially if it takes a really long time to prep and cook, I’m like mad at it and don’t even want it in the end, lol. Bonus points (in a bad way) for if it has a particularly specific/deep scent, too. Even if it’s a smell most people would be like hell yehhh yumm, it just makes me want it even less when it’s finally ready.
