Everytime I'm about to pass a car in this situation, I just assume they might want to get over. Because it's happened so many times, they don't go when I'm way back, they decided to change lanes when I'm right besides them. Some don't even bother correcting their mistake, so forces me come near a stop or move over until they pass. I have no problem with anyone wanting to go faster, what is irritating; is how some either aren't paying attention at all or willing to force their way over (cause an accident) just to have it their way
