He is awful! Nobody in Barcelona wants him. I don’t understand how football people don’t watch it or what? He is always injured, makes horrible decisions. For that why didn’t we keep Konate who is arguably better too.

With Araujo, the only real hope is that we avoid another Arthur style injury saga. But the quality is undeniable, he’s a genuinely good, versatile CB. Having him for a season gives Leoni and Jacquet the perfect runway to ease in without pressure, while still keeping the back line at a top level.
