I have £7 IKEA power monitoring plugs for tumble, washing machine and dishwasher and have the energy monitoring to send me when they are done so I don't forget. For £70 that's a bit steep. ZigBee for the win as well, so much easier to add devices. I find thread is just a pain and is just faffy.
Did you know you can prevent real Echo devices picking up you saying Alexa by putting a cut filter between 3kHz and 6kHz on the audio? You could likely run it the entire video and nobody would even notice. Saves you some editing, and you get to appear like a wizard :) [That's how they do it in eg Amazon TV ads]

I was just about to click 'buy' since the description said it had individual socket power monitoring. But thanks to you pointing out this was not true in Home Assistant I was able to cancel at the last minute (sponsorship cancelled?) Hopefully this will be fixed in the future since I am fed up with all the power monitoring plugs and strips I currently use, and have wanted UK wall sockets that did this for so long.

If they had something that could work with an oven outlet for north American connection I would be excited for it. I like the idea I could get an alert the oven is on or left on when the kids cook. I have never left it on, but there are still days I leave the house wondering if I left the oven on
