These SPEAKERS make an Insanely LOUD noise when turned on | Can I FIX them?

Many thanks to Norman for sending over these PreSonus Eris 3.5 Monitor Speakers He says they started making a popping noise, and then eventually died. Now they just continually pop when turned on... Let's take them apart and see if we can work out why and get them working again! Hope you enjoy! Steve PS. I'm not an expert in repairs at all.
