I don't think Ned's spell was broken, when peter said its peter, what I think is he remembered the moment when MJ called Spiderman as peter when he was leaving their apartment. So Neds muscle memory did that action with peter but actually he smiled because he was finally able to understand who was Spiderman that's why the smile on his face.

I want Aunt May's memory scene to play as a flashback when phoenix force takes over Sadie's Jean and she has to take control of it. Aunt may and jean grey had such a beautiful scene. That entire scene was so so beautiful.

The way I interpreted for why Hulk suddenly calmed down after Spider-Man said his name and referred himself as "friend" "I am your friend" to Bruce, is because Hulk is technically a kid, the childhood persona of Bruce Banner who went through all that trauma in his life, so the word "friend" is a lot heavy for him. Reminding him everyone he cared for even as hulk, tony, cap, nat, thor and hawk who he knew as friends. So he realised he's hurting a friend. Which he wouldn't want to.

From my perspective - Doctor strange spell doesn't break. Ned's memory will wipe out but in his sub conscious mind there will be friendship love for Peter will be exist. So he will act the same as that which was always doing with Peter. But we can clearly see ned's face expression like he doesn't recognise old peter but his subconscious mind knows.

But in the middle of the movie, when MJ invited Peter to Ned's house, the tracker was still active. Wherever Spider-Man moved, the tracker showed Spider-Man's location along with the last known location. And I think the same thing happened in the post-credit scene as well. It was probably just displaying his last known location on earth
