I see this shit every day as a truck driver of 32yrs.... YOU DO NOT SLOW DOWN TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO JOIN A MOTORWAY... OR ANY FUCKIN ROAD...EVER!!!! Its the responsibility of the driver entering the carriageway to adjust their speed according to the highway code. And the person that cause this drove off without any issues as per fuckin usual!

I would guess he anchored on from behind the HGV, swerved into lane 2 and over-corrected, ending back in lane 1, causing the RTC. Just an opinion, no evidence.
