Bird nerd here!! The intruders are actually jackdaws and I don’t know why but the kestrel goes from female at the start (brown head/same colour feathers all over) to being male (brown on the back but grey head) fighting off the jackdaws and that’s frustrating me!! Edit: OMG!! Thank you for the likes this is the most I’ve ever had!!!
