Orca's are the apex predator if everything they don't attack humans because they recognize us as a vengeful species and decide that it isn't worth it.

I think this is pretty misleding. Orca actually do have mammals in the ocean that will fuck with them or bully them. They just dont have predators that will hunt them as food. humpback whales actually actively go out of their way to disrupt orca hunt. 57% of the time humpback initate it. 89% of the time they disrupt orcs hunt and protect the other animals even if its entirely different species. Sperm whales. Orcas absolutely do not want wny problem with sperm whales. Also orca will avoid pilot whales If you talk about absolutely nobody wants to fuck with. Elephant would be on a higher list than orca.
