Everyone thinking this video is sad cuz of the music. This video was a prank they were pulling, which is why there's a midget declaring that he's Justin's "biggest" fan. He keeps repeating it too which is how you know that's the PUNCHLINE of the joke. You can't even see who's in the vehicle 😂 it's supposed to be a funny video
