In this video, Marlipiegos discuses what happens when you never fully charge your phone. We've all been told that keeping your battery between 20-80% will make it last longer, but is that actually true? Well, after nearly three years of never charging his iPhone 15 past 80%, Marlipiegos has finally uncovered the answer. Gang the iPhone eleven exploded because of the Otter box Edit: hey guys I don’t care about likes and don’t know what they do to help me but thank you just so you know I’m not begging for likes also I’ve never gotten this many likes on a comment also carterpcs the YouTuber helped me learn a lot of tech stuff about batteries and heat from vids and also have a great day
you can’t change the chemical aging of a iPhone battery no matter if you baby it or not
Your battery never charge 100% and never goes 0% in real
I checked mines. And it's also sitting at 87% at Battery Health. I have my limit at 95. And yet. Somehow it matches up with your phone's battery health.
Your phone is gonna explode with that phone case
In the end it doesn’t really matter because your battery health will mostly depend on how much it comes with from factory since it comes with more than 100%
Dang bro, you got so much more than me mind sitting at 86%
Bro my iPhone 13 battery capacity is at 87% to and I bought this thing 3 years ago and I charge it a 100% every day 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
1.Yes it works 2.Battery health is 87%
I have an overcharge protection on my phone because I use one of those turbo chargers so it only charges it to 80% and on a random day of the week, 100%
My ip 11 has 69% after 2 years of use…
This is so hard for me, even if I wanted to just charge my phone to 80% because my OCD is always telling me to have the perfect number😅
Just saying, I have a 13 Pro brought around release. It gets left on charge overnight, typically it runs from 100 -> 30% gets charged. If I spend my evenings out it has died from usage, same if travelling using a sat nav or entrainment on a bus/train. I also often leave the phone on a dark surface in full sun. Its health is 83%, never have I changed the battery.
There’s dynamic charging on the iPhone 15 charging it all the way doesn’t hurt it since it can’t overcharge
So it didn't help??
Honestly, I probably get a new phone every five years anyway so I don’t think I have it long enough with the battery health to get that bad
Want long battery life? —> keep your battery between 20% - 80%
After %100 it's best to wait till %40 battery then charge to %80 then unplug best cycle
Btw if U do it in another phone it will work even in many Samsung/Xiaomi phones give U an option to make it charge till 80% then turn off so I could keep it at night and also make your battery health drop so slowly ( it's also based on your use like if U just do office work or game)
lol this video is funny, i got the same phone roughly the same time and charged it up the entire 100% all the time and my battery health is 88%
