For the visually challenged. She was initially stopped at the lights which is why in the very first frame the speedo was 0mph. For the context challenged, the speedo was 0, there was a solid white line in front of her, traffic was queuing on the other side and she said she was filtering. So it can be reasonably concluded she filtered while her side of traffic was stationary and the clown in the car didn't like it.
