Crossing a solid double yellow line and then blaming oncoming traffic is crazy work

Jeep 100% at fault, blinker or no blinker. Solid double yellow means no left turn aloud. And even if left is permitted, left turn must(required to) yield to straight through traffic.

Turning left, you yield. Especially ACROSS TRAFFIC. Your blinker does not give you a free pass to ignore traffic laws and rules.
