list of broken traffic rules: 1. bmw blocking the passing lane 2. skoda overtaking on the right 3. bmw accelerating while being overtaken 4. skoda attempting to cut off the bmw into the passing lane literally just two idiots edit: 1. and 2. turned out to not be violations in this specific case for separate reasons but 3. and 4. still stand and they were both found guilty in court for their respective violations..
