They may or may not let him in. I’ve dealt with something like this before. A cop blocked my street and got aggressive when I was asking if I can go in. He claimed that I was interfering with his duties. He wanted me to go basically around part of the city to get home.

No you dumb cop if you were supposed to be limiting traffic you were on the phone and buy your car not walking out and asking for their proof that they live in the subdivision bad copper dump cop needs to be fired and never ever again work for law enforcement

The cops made a sign for him to stop he didn't. Then he just said to have more self control or he gonna get killed because some people kill when you insult them. All of that looks fine to me.
