Out of all of mortys fuck ups this was his worst one. A rick who was actually happy and moved on just for morty to screw it all up.

Wow, Morty really is prime Rick Grandson, both of them destroyed a completely happy family.

Everyone keeps saying he's becoming evil Morty but he isn't. He's becoming more like Rick. He literally takes the place of his dead alternate self to get what he wants.

this season was genuinely so amazing and instead of it just being nihilism and cruelty slop it put actual weight behind the tragic events that happen, you didn’t just look at what happened at the end of this episode and brush it off because they set it up to be cruel in a tragic way and not in a cheap way

I know Morty had no other way of going home, but he comPLETELY ruined this Rick’s life

Morty traumatizes himself just as much as Rick, his selfish ass keeps going though this circle of "I hate my family", taking them for granted and then wanting them back once HE had left. him blaming Rick is only half the problem sure he learned it from Rick but that's normally where people choose to be better, not the same.
