Well true capes has some weaknesses like easily getting caught by villains because of how capes can't handle air force and how fast heroes move. And how it can easily get caught in types of machinery's bc of capes getting knotted with the machines small space inside them

maybe this is why edna gave syndrome a cape on purpose
