Yo zach i am a big fan brother, what should i upgrade to from a gtx 1660 ti? I have an i5 10400f asus prime h510 m-k motherboard and 16 gb of ddr4 ram i am thinking to upgrade to rtx 3060 12 gb, 4060 or even 5060, will that be a bottleneck? I am hesitant about 4060 and 5060 because i heard that they will have some pcle issues (Please answer fast i am about to buy one of those)

Well technically Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, and CXMT make the chips and sticks. The RAM brands make the RAM sticks. It's kinda like the GPU market. Nvidia designs the GPU chip and TSMC makes it and the brands make the cards.
