If you find all 4 gems and go BEHIND the peak Mountain there is a statue to place all 4 gems on, then you use the item to unlock the SECRET ENDING!!! DEFINITELY RE-DO ANOTHER VIDEO FOR IT!!

For clarification: the "Broken mountain bar" is the new Petrified effect, which you get from touching the white rocks in the citadel and using the scout's items. It is removed at campfires and limits your maximum bonus stamina, and if it fills your entire extra bar, it instantly kills you
