My Xbox 360 is broken. It has the red ring of death in 2026. Itβs had a good life. Itβs lasted a long time but now itβs broken. I donβt know how to fix it. All I wanted to do is play some Xbox 360 games some classics back to the Xbox series is. οΏΌ

Rickster you need to read this Hold the sync button and tap on eject And the consoleβs ring will flash this is to tell you the error code without the screen since it doesnβt show anything If it flashes once then that means itβs= 1 If it flashes twice= 2 If it flashes three times= 3 If it flashes four times= 0 Be sure to do that 4 times with the whole βholding sync button then pressing eject 4 times whilst holding the sync buttonβ for a 4 digital error code that can tell us what that means

I recommend if you have the proper tools and patience to reheat every solder point to make sure none of the metal is touching causing a short you can simply put a towel on it for a while but thatβs a bit of a short term solution to reheat it all at once

It's why I tell people to get the Xbox 360s because it doesn't have red LEDs and because doesn't overheat because the power Supply is outside the console and I've had my console since 2012 when the S came out

It could be the hard drive not seated properly try take it out and put back in hope this helpsπ
