me too half of my comment in my chanel are hate and i keep losing hope 😓

I am a therapist so here are some reasons for this : 1. The person is already used to so much complements and just heard/saw someone say somethings negative about them. 2. The person knows that most complements are false because it's just to boost their self confidence, so they look back on the negative ones. To help, look at the negatives positively, don't waste time thinking, recover first and try to fix whatever you did wrong! If it was about you that wasn't an action, like your face, better not mind it, because it will make you insecure, laugh it off and keep going! :3
