No you not tripping.. the food is not filled with Hormones like In the U.S. On that note, when ever I travel to Jamaica 🇯🇲 I also lose atleast 10 to 15 pounds before I travel back home to the U.S after visiting for like 2-3 weeks as well. It's the food thats killing us in America 🇺🇸 an also lack of resources like the gym that people can actually afford/physical Education, healthy food, fruits an Vegetables that People can Also Afford, bringing Farmers Markets To The Local Areas An Urban Communities, not just In the Suburbs Or The Upper class neighborhoods. We All Can Do Well With A Farmers Market Instead Of A Fast Food Chain Of Restaurants Lining The Streets Or every Corner Etc.
