Guys.. the flag at secretariat is very big. A single person can't hold it. It has to be pulled out by a trained person. He did it and handed over to Vijay!! Basically a gaurd always helps the CMs at all flag hoisting specially at secretariat.

He is not a guard, he is a proud soldier of this country, serving the Indian army's most reputed and honoured Corps, and that is Corps of military police,
It's not what it looks like, never any VIP pulls the actual rope and it just that officer on guard knows how much pressure needs to apply to clear the rope from flag. Dont judge too quickly. If wind isnt favor, it can pull the people down whoever holding it -- its very tough job to hold the rope after it was released. Praise the guard on duty who knows whats doing by experience.

It didnt done by mistake. It deliberately did by that guard person. May be instructions by some theeyasakthi or therrnthupona sakthi. Howver aftr so many rehersals it wouldn't be happened for sure
