Our ween is the same, she always walks away and investigates one piece for like 5 whole minutes. Try bobbing with something she’s already familiar with. And make the water level a little lower to entice her more!

A word of caution about hand feeding. It may just be my dachshund but once you start hand feeding they don’t seem to forget it and 8 years in I’m still having to hand feed him from time to time. Not sure why you’re set on her eating peas in water though? If you’re introducing fruits and veg I’d recommend blueberries, cucumber, broccoli (cooked or fresh), cabbage, apples, watermelon, stuff like that if you haven’t already.
