It's hard to believe I've been watching you Mofos for 8 years now. To anyone wondering why they have to share the ring and the only knowledge you have of the character is that a ring has to choose a new owner after their last owner dies and they, you are wrong. The reason that happens is because a Green Lantern life expectancy is barely 4 Earth years, but is not mandatory to die as a lantern nor the ring belongs to them in the way a service gun doesn't belong to a cop, Green Lanterns can train their replacement if they luve long enough and the reason rings choose is because a system can't remain without a Lantern for too long and they don't have the time to train the recruit and then give them the ring. And Hal Jordan isn't earth's lantern, he is the main lantern, earth's system lantern is Guy Gardner, that is why he has another ring, Hal Jordan is universal
