With his voice, and anytime you pan to a closeup of his eyes, I don’t get a single essence of RDJ and I love that. He really did escape into this role.

When Doom raised the Sentinels and he lifted his arms, I didn't see Tony Stark or RDJ. We've seen Tony do that pose in the original Iron Man. His presence, his body language in that shot with the Sentinels is completely different. That is Dr. Doom. I am both terrified and intrigued. I cannot WAIT for this movie!
The power of RDJ is that the actor disappears into the character.
He doesn’t need to prove anything, hes one of the best actors of the decade , he can pull off anything he puts his mind to🔥

I think folks forget how good RDJ is, because he’s been playing himself for so long as Tony Stark. I’ll die on this cross, it had to be RDJ because of the character arc Doom is on, it’s the other side of the Tony coin. RDJ knows that coin, built that coin, and as such he can play its other side better than anyone else ever could.
As much as I loved seeing Greg's hilarious tweets, I definitely missed him on the stream as well
The thing I loved about this trailer, is how they really showed so little to like story plot and really anything but yet they showed you enough to get you so hyped.

You can tell when an actor loves a role and fully embraces it. RDJ shows it as Dr. Doom. I can tell he loves playing an ultimate villain.
10:57 Those stolen lives Doom is talking about… Loki, Sue, Love, Steve’s son, all of the X-men (Scott, Jean, Wolverine, prof X, all were dead).. Wolverine was the anchor being for that universe and it was supposed to die before Deadpool intervened. All the people who cheated death or shouldn’t have existed in the first place (current variant Loki and Steve’s son). Time travel and resurrection.
