I’ve got to say that newly promoted teams come with a very ambitious mentality to remain in the top flight and it showed with today’s game results. Had a Stake bet on us winning this one but i think this is the last season i follow the narrative when it comes to this kind of thing. They just looked more hungry tbh.

Always tough playing a newly promoted team at their ground on 1st day of season. Enciso or however its spelt is looking like an awesome player for Ipswich. Sunderland dominated most the game but what matters is the scoreline. Its just a shame we didnt have mukiele match fit because Luke Onien is too mistake prone. He is a squad player at best. I think we need another strong center half because alderete on the decline now too. Well done Ipswich though, took their chances and pleased for the newly promoted club to get off to a good start.

Sell o’nein the amount of the mistakes he makes are causing crucial moments for the opposition, I know he has great passion for the club but the mistakes he makes outweighs the passion in my opinion
