Understandable. At every level from non league all the way to multiple time Ballon Dor winner, there is always someone who thinks he is better than he actually is. I always respect the confidence, but only if they are like Alex here who accepts their limitations and move on.

He got much better but one of his biggest weaknesses was that he generally ran into dead ends and killed many moves with extra touches. Fulham he’s finally understood the more he quickens up play the better.
